CURRENT PHASE
2009 - 2019
The STP/SEZ is evolving from start-up to operational state where the Park will represent a National hub for development with minimal Research and Development, innovation mainly through technology adoption as well as light production.
MEDIUM TERM
2020 - 2025
Consolidating and building on early operational state into growth phase, the STP/SEZ will become a Technopolis representing a shift to a total system for innovation and technology commercialization where high-tech production would predominate
LONG TERM
2026 - BEYOND
At its mature state, the STP/SEZ shall hold a prominent place as an Innovation Cluster recognised on the global scene for business excellence in the high-tech industry. In line with our adopted phased development approach, Facilities Development Plans comprising a range of asset classes shall be released periodically as Plans 001, 002, 003, etc. These would be targeted at investors/developers and tenants looking to invest or establish presence in the STP/SEZ.
